Do not act all high and mighty.

We all have our weaknesses and I don’t believe you would like yours to be portrayed.

Lesson 1

The students believed that Arnold was reticent due to his quiescent disposition. This also brought up the notion of Arnold being quite foreign and dopey. one day, this theory was contested by the elevation of Arnold’s hand to answer a question in class. Disblief enveloped everyone in the class as he answered the question thorougly but also in a concise manner. The previous conceptions of the class clashed with this taciturn boy’s answer. The brevity of Arnold’s response helped the students understand the meaning of misconceptions.

This will be a test for me.

I cannot find myself asleep during the hours of 12-4. This is a result of my challenge to work late at night. I need to know if I have what it takes to work with preserverance and succeed for the upcoming day. If I cannot, then I am a failure.

That is all. Am I just one of those dreamers or in fact, someone who can succeed? The night is young, we shall see.

Descriptive Essay

I never do get out of the house much but when I do, my eyes are always alert. Going down the hill of where I live is virtually stepping into a whole new reality. The inhabitants of my neighborhood are usually Hispanic men and women that are otherwise unknown to me. The men typically being brown and bulky with thinly shaven hair posed no threat. It was actually the miscreant teenagers who caused disorder in our neighborhood. There was usually a necessity to avoid these kids that hung around on the corner of a street 2 blocks away because they held no values. On the contrary to these kids, there were the women of the neighborhood. These women usually stay out of their house trying to sell the food they produce in their homes. To them, a profit is exponentially greater than what most individuals perceive.

Once I end at the bottom of the hill, I have two options to take, both of them being somewhat similar to each other. To the left, there lies a liquor that is owned by an Asian man. He always sits on his stool and cautiously watches everyone that enters his store. I always wondered why he set up shop in this part of town. Beyond the liquor are 2 churches that always have chairs filled. I always witnessed individuals foolishly partaking in ceremonial chants while walking by. The way this neighborhood operates seems so backwards.

What a catastrophe.

I enjoy viewing both sides of the spectrum. It shows how significant some things are, and how things must be. I did not think that it was possible for some things to break but you end up watching the contrary. These connections are a vital part of consistency but as they break, you end up just wondering to yourself how things would be prior to the situation. The ending was unexpected, which is why I hope my ending will not bring forth the same outcome. I need consistency, but these events torture me.

I love being ambiguous.
